One of the most important things in building a brand is to keep your promises. When the name of our company promises to Make it Simple, you can bet that is exactly what we do. Simplicity also means efficiency: agility and flexible cooperation with our clients and partners.

Q&A
We leave no question unanswered
We treat every new project as a partnership that benefits all parties.
As creatives, our job is to question the existing and design creative solutions based on extensive research and close collaboration with our clients.
Sometimes this means we have to question your current views or operating models. But do not worry, the final result is practically always something the whole team is happy with and can cherish together. That is what partnerships are all about. Growing together and achieving something that would not be possible alone.
This is a really good question. Successful projects are made possible by involving the right people. From our team, as well as yours. Simple as that.
This means that it is beneficial for everyone with a final decision-making power in your company to be involved in the project right from the beginning. This way we can completely avoid some of the unpleasant plot twists in our project before-hand, and ensure that all the necessary information reaches everyone it should.
This varies quite a lot by the type of the project. Simple projects with very limited focus can be completed in a matter of weeks, but realistically most of our projects will take few months to complete, depending on the scope of the project and the compatibility of the schedules of involved people. Projects that require more in-depth research, such as brand design projects, may take six months or more. We want to ensure that no step in the process is done half-heartedly or in a hurry. Skipping important steps only leads up to additional costs later on.
However, most of our clients stay with us after the initial project is completed. What first started as a short-term temporary relationship often turns into a long-term partnership, where we continuously learn to understand each other even better, and we are able to help with whatever new needs the partner may have.
The total cost of each project is always precisely specified in our quotation.
Invoicing will typically be done monthly as the work progresses according to the following schedule, unless otherwise specified:
- Upon signing the contract 20% of the total price of the offer
- Subsequent months 25%, 25%, 20% of the total price of the offer or in equal installments according to the schedule
- Upon completion and approval of the work 10% or the uninvoiced portion
Extra work not included in the request for quotation will be invoiced according to our hourly price list. If the project changes significantly from the original request or the agreed-upon total cost, we reserve the right to change the price.
Printing, translations, stock photos, media costs, shipping and travel expenses are not included in the prices unless otherwise agreed or specified in the request for quotation. A 5% invoicing fee will be added to any third-party purchases made through us.
Anything, really. It is more about what can be done with a given budget. We want to make sure no money is wasted, which means we allocate the right amount of resources to Define, Identify, Commit and Refine – based on the needs of each project. This means that the price can go down a lot if it is a limited project. But also, the more exceptional measures a project requires, the more it will cost.
But to give you some idea, most of our projects are roughly in the five-digits number range.
Our office spaces are located in Helsinki and Pori, but some of us work from home.
It is very common to have people join from at least three different Finnish cities in most of our remote meetings, and more often than not we also get a glimpse of the Spanish sun in our video calls. Feel welcome to join, wherever you are.
